Our commission for real estate transactions, such as buying, selling, or renting properties, is typically a percentage of the final transaction amount. If you need to cancel a booking or service, we ask that you notify us at least 2 Months in advance. For real estate transactions, cancellations may incur fees depending on the stage of the process. For construction services, cancellation fees will be outlined in the contract based on the project’s progress. Booking fees for consultations or property viewings may also be refundable depending on the cancellation notice.
Payments for construction services are generally structured in phases. A deposit is required upfront, typically 50% of the total project cost. Further payments are due at specified milestones throughout the construction process, and the final payment is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit cards.
