6. Booking Services
Ghouspak Associates also offers booking services, which may include the booking of property viewings, appointments for consultations, or booking construction project consultations.
By booking services through Ghouspak Associates, you agree to the following:
- Booking Process: You can book services through our website or by contacting us directly. You will be required to provide certain details (such as property interests or project scope) to complete your booking.
- Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your booking once it is successfully processed. It is important to verify the details of your booking, including date, time, and service type.
- Booking Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you must inform us at least One Month in advance to avoid cancellation fees (if applicable).
- Late Arrival or No-Show: If you do not arrive on time for your booked appointment or consultation, or if you fail to attend without prior cancellation, we may charge a Ten Thousand PKR as late fee or no-show fee.
- Booking Fees: Certain bookings ( property viewings, consultations, etc.) may require an upfront fee or deposit, which will be applied toward the total service cost upon completion.
7. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
- Keep your account login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Payment Terms
By using our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
a. Commission Structure (Real Estate Services)
Our commission for real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting and construction will typically be a percentage of the final transaction amount. The commission rates are as follows:
- Buy/Sell Transactions: A commission of 2% of the final property sale price.
- Rental Transactions: A commission of One Month of the total rental value of the property for the lease term.
The commission will be charge initally 50% Advance & 50% At the time of compeletion of deal (i.e., when the property is sold, rented, or leased).
b. Construction Services Payment
For construction services, you will receive an estimate or quote for the project. Payments are typically made according to the following structure:
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due at the time of signing the construction agreement.
- Progress Payments: Additional payments are made at specific milestones throughout the construction process. The details of these payments will be outlined in your contract.
- Final Payment: The final payment is due upon the completion of the construction project, or as otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement.
c. Booking Fees
Certain booking services (e.g., property viewings, consultations, etc.) may require an upfront fee or deposit, which is refundable or applied to the service cost once completed. The details of booking fees will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm your booking.
d. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Cash, Payorders, Transfers and Checks All payments are due in the specified currency.
e. Late Payment
If payments are not received within the specified time frame, a late fee of 2% per month will be charged on the outstanding amount until full payment is made.
9. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel the services provided by Ghouspak Associates under the following conditions:
a. Real Estate Services
- If you choose to cancel a real estate transaction before completion, you may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the stage of the transaction and the specific agreement in place. Cancellation fees will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- If you cancel a property listing, any paid listing fees are non-refundable.
b. Construction Services
- You may cancel construction services, but cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the project:
- Before work begins: You may cancel the project with a full refund of your deposit, minus any costs incurred for initial planning or design work.
- After work begins: A cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. This fee will be calculated based on the project’s progress and the resources used.
- Once construction is complete: No refunds will be provided after the final payment has been made, but we will address any concerns under our warranty (if applicable).
c. Booking Services
- If you wish to cancel a booking, please inform us at least 2 Months in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation, we may charge a 2% no-show fee.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or website, including the servers or networks connected to our services.
- Engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the website or services to distribute malicious software or viruses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
11. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghouspak Associates, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, or any breach of these Terms of Service.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., payment obligations, intellectual property rights) shall remain in effect.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
